Anyone know anything about this tang stamp and knife.

I think the back of the tang reads Solingen over Germany.

I would like know what the symbol stands for..it appears to be a fist holding 3 arrows. Thanks

Ifound a listing for this stamp in LGIV as Precise (international) fist and three arrows (1954-1966)by Voos, Schlieper;agent for Wenger. Knives from Germany/Japan. Hope this helps.
An uncontrolled accumulator. ::shrug::
