Post by rudyboy »

What is the best oil, etc for using to store knives? I am careful to use the word "cleaning' because that seems to be a no no? Hope this question is in the correct area. I appreciat the replies.

rudyboy ; Cleaning a knife is good for her. NOT cleaning can be BAD.

nmikash just gave you one of the best kits to protect and save your knife.
Every 6 mo. I get each knife out of my collection. Check on them and just wipe them with Ren Wax and wipe it off. :) I do not need to rewax just want them to stay nice. Make sure to keep finger prints off too.

Keep Cell handles away from your other knives. I see your new here so look at one post called Cell Handles. Some real good info in it too.

Just be carefull not to CUT your self.
