For some strange reason I like it also.
Who makes it?

I just received this new Microtech MSI in OD green with black coated blade. It's a beast! It's my first from Microtech and I'm impressed. Nice packaging as well.

I always did like that model. The only reason I don’t own one is that the blade exceeds the legal carry limit in my location.RedRaiderRick wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 1:51 am I just received this new Microtech MSI in OD green with black coated blade. Nice knife! I see that blade finish occasionally but not very often and I’ve often wondered if it has a specific name. Is it some type of stone wash? Tumbled finish maybe?

Thanks. I think they call that finish stonewash... but I could be wrong. Here is another photo of it.Railsplitter wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2025 1:23 amNice knife! From the Texas Blade Show earlier this month. Heretic made these for the show. The model is Manticore E with the Texas flag on the handle.
