Real nice handle on that Imperial Scott! Look at the depth in that wrap.

Hey IM, Is there really a purpleish color in that handle? Man you nailed it!

Great pic, Trevor!! Those Lumberjack's look like they'd be awsome knives. They're kinda strange, but a feller just can't help but be impressed by 'em! That jigging is very cool! Am I reading it right in your photo title, is it buffalo horn?

Well I thought you guys deserved to see some vintage 90 year old beauties!
HSB (left in rosewood)and NYKC/HAMMER BRAND (right in jig), I love this HSB cause it has all the markings of a true classic work knife from the turn of the last century.

I kinda liked the way the light
played with the swedge, the edge, and the
tang's lettering. Pink towel underneath w/gold
background wasn't thought out very well.
Left hand obviously didn't know what the
right eye was doing.

I hear ya but at least you got a great shot out of the deal. I'm always forgettin the whole glare thing till I load a few shots and low and behold, there's a glare of my head in the blade or mama's dish rag or some such thing.

Wow, Scott, that is a gorgeous Schrade!

I never could capture the primitive bone on the Northfield 73 I used to have. Today's mail brought this Northfield 65 in a trade deal, and I was able to get a little better shots of the primitive bone on this one. I added another shot, from overhead, to show the contour and thickness of the bone, a much slimmer profile than the 73.
