The handles are desert ironwood. The knife has some good looking filework on the backspring as well, one of these days I'll get a decent picture of it and post it here. Dale Vincent is a true craftsman as well as a gentleman and first rate moderator. One of the many good people who make AAPK a place that feels like home to me.

I really wish I could get some pictures to show how lovely my recently acquired A.W. Wadsworth & Son sleeveboard pen knife really is. Here are a couple more attempts.

Thanks. I guess I'll never get it pictured as purely as it appears to my eye, but you and some of the other members keep me hungry for attaining that goal by the gorgeous pictures you post!

Doug thanks, if it makes you feel any better, mine never appear as I see them either. For some reason, the human eye is a true work of art by God
