Just picked some pepps in the garden and of course they made me think of a couple of knives...
The yellow Imperial is atop some "Aji Amarillo" chiles otherwise known as Lemon Drop peppers, and the red Hammer Brand is a top some Caribbean Red Habanero chiles.....bringin' the heat!

Can't let one of my favorite threads fall back to page 2! Here's a couple shots of my favorite old Boker to give it a little bump...
Boker USA 8348 2 blade jack in red bone...back side bone is a bit more towards the orange side....
according the the the source of Boker knowledge Ranger Blue Dog, this one dates from 1945--mid 50's....I do love the bone on this one. It's one of those knives that ya fondle and wonder about it's lineage, who carried it, where they lived, what it was used for, etc....just feels like it's got some good stories in those handles...

No wonder you like it so much Mike. That's a nice one. Wouldn't kick it out of my pile.

Nice way to gring it back Mike! Guns Blazin!
The 8348 is one of my absolut favorite patterns! I have a couple of later 8348s, 60s/80s, With delrin scales and I love em, But Ive never actually seen one with red bone! Well I sure like what I see!

Great shots Mike and Johnny! I really like that Boker with the old Johnson reel...something about those old Boker USA knives, whether they are bone or delrin, they just have such a classic look and feel to them, makes a guy feel linked to the days gone by just to have one in hand....

Re: Knife Photography
I guess I'll post a pic or two for post # 1. Owned a pocket knive or two all my life but just caught the fever and have been adding to what was,at one time,a one knife at a time collection. I am active on a couple of watch forums but now I have a new addiction. Hoping to expand my horizons here.
