Seki Cut Bob Lum/ Haru Encounter Liner Lock Aluminum with D2 Steel Blade Seki Japan
This is a collaborative work with Bob Lum and Haruo Suetake (Owner of Suetake Cutlery, over 100 years old knifemaker in Seki). The blade is stamped with "Seki-Cut" on tang and etched with "LUM" logo in red and "HARU" logo in black on blade. Bob Lum made knives for over 31 years before he passed away in 2006. Bob was a member of the knife makers guild and won many awards for his designs. This knife was designed and made for the "Encounter" by this consortium of knife makers called "Seki Cut". The handles are anodized aluminum and are chip and crack free. The D-2 tool steel blade has not been used or resharpened and is hair shaving sharp. Measures 4 1/4" closed OAL. Removable pocket clip on the back. Smooth easy opening with the thumb stud and easy linerlock release. Comes with the original box. Free shipping within the USA.
We understand that a "knife" is not just a "knife" so we treat each knife with care and respect. We ship only in boxes and never envelopes. We package to protect your investment in transit so that it doesn't get scratched.
