This knife is referenced in Ed Holbrook's book 'Official Scout Blades' and Joseph Kerr's book '600 Scout Knives' in the following manner; Holbrook #U4, Kerr #UDD08BR and supported by the accompanying images.

This knife is 3.375" closed with a factory-correct and straight bail. The unetched main blade has a fair snap, no half-stop, and some blade play when fully extended but is nearly 100% full. The other blade operates as designed but the awl/punch, while nearly 100% full has to be manually closed. The beautiful brown jigged bone handles have no visible imperfections but would benefit from a solid cleaning, and the brass liners, bolsters, and steel springs are in remarkable condition given the age of this knife.

This knife comes from a smoke and pet-free home and will be properly packaged with tracking numbers provided via AAPK.
