This knife is 4.75" closed and is referenced in Joseph Kerr's book '600 Scout Knives' as #CAM23BR on page 33 as supported by the accompanying images. This was valued based on the excellent grade of this knife and recent sales for the same knife. This glue holding the clear plastic on the card failed allowing the knife to be carefully removed for photographing. The knife comes in it's original packaging and includes a black leather sheath. The brown jigged synthetic handles are without chips or cracks. The original leather thong/lanyard is complete. The main clip blade is fully etched with the words "Adventurer B.S.A." over a weakly etched Tenderfoot emblem. The brass frame/liner and steel spring is in a condition commensurate with the grade of this knife.
