Great Eastern Cutlery Northfield 251208 Little Jack, Horsecut Antique Bone Handle, New (GEC 25). Here's one of the more popular models from GEC from the first year of production. I purchased the knife from a dealer several years ago. The tube that came with the knife has the correct model number but labels the handle material Amber Jig Bone. I have a similar model with a spear point blade and the handle material on that one is labeled as Horsecut Antique Bone. The knives have nearly identical looking handles. I included a picture of both knives next to each other for comparison. You are purchasing the knife with the clip point handle, not both knives. 

I asked GEC several years ago about the handle and was told the tube was correct and it is Amber Jig Bone. They said the Amber Jig Bone was darker back then. I also asked for opinions on the handle material on BladeForums and was told it is Horsecut Antique Bone by most the commenters. I have had other Amber Jig Bone handles from GEC and they did not match this knife. Anyway, this is my long explanation to say I believe the knife is probably a 1 of 1. It's not Amber Jig Bone and that was the only handle material listed for this model in the 2008 production totals. 

Regarding the Horsecut Antique Bone, I don't believe GEC used this handle after 2008 so it's a very hard to find variation! One other neat feature on this model is the secondary blade. It's a clip point blade and has a very small easy open notch cut into the handle at the nail nick. A very cool little feature! 

- Never carried, used or sharpened. The main blade is off center. It does not rub the liner. I don't see any other condition issues. See the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Functions great, excellent snap opening and closing on all blades. 

- approximately 5 1/4 inch total length, approximately 2 1/8 inch main blade, approximately 1 1/2 secondary blade. 

- Knife with tube and wax paper.
