This is a very nice used Royal Brand scout/utility knife.  Made in the USA, it features a long pull and nice swedging on the master spear blade.  The nickel silver bolsters are grooved.  The jigged bone handles have that rich look that only the passage of time can create.  All blades open and close properly with good snap.  There is a small stable pin crack on the pile side scale that can be seen in the attached photos. This knife would make a great addition to any vintage knife collection or a fine companion to carry with you on your next outdoor excursion.
