Here is a nice example of a scout knife made by Kent, one of the many brands under the Camillus umbrella. The Kent line was produced for Woolworth's department stores from 1931-1955.

This knife has a high carbon spear point main blade, with a cap lifter/screwdriver and can opener secondaries. The delrin scales have a bit of shrinkage (see pics) and features a nice big nickel silver bowtie badge which reads "Scout Knife". The original bail is still attached to the grooved, nickel silver bolsters. All blades maintain great snap and show very light use. No wobble or play. OAL 3.75"
