ADDITIONAL INFO:      Made circa early to mid-1990s. In the 1994 catalog Gerber offered five single blade versions of the bolt action knife and two variations of the bolt action exchange blade knives. The handles are very strong and lightweight; the knife only weighs 2.6 ounces! According to the 1994 Gerber catalog it was one of the toughest knives then on the market. The blades were precision ground by hand and of course American-made!
