This is the Smith & Wesson USA Military / Law Enforcement Issue automatic out the side, push button knife. It measures 9 1/4" overall with a 4" partially serrated, spear point blade that is labeled First Production Run and Smith & Wesson / U.S.A. / Military / First Production Run and appears not to have been used. In excellent condition the knife comes in the original two piece, law enforcement / military labeled box with black aluminum grip panels that show no sign of use. Knife has been in storage, is a little stiff and needs lubrication and cleaning. 

I wanted to update this a bit. The box on this is marked made in USA and also that this was manufactutred by Taylor Cutlery. Maybe should not be confused with a genuine, original S&W knife that was made back in the day.
