PATTERN :   W-39 Fixed blade skinner.  I believe the sheath to be original to the knife.

LENGTH :   Blade length is 5 inches and the OAL is just over 9 inches.

HANDLES :   Laminated wood and there are no handle problems.

TANG STAMPS :   The ricasso is stamped WESTERN (over) USA. The guard is stamped W-39.

CONDITION :   Used and badly stained.  Has been sharpened.

BOX:   None

DAMAGE :   Normal usage with staining.

AGE :   1961-1977

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN :   USA

BLADE WEAR :   Minimal if any.

SHIELD AND BLADE ETCH :   Has neither.
