Re: Frost USA Bowie
Yeah lol. First for me. Its stamped so well no alarms went off in my head. I have several parkers also. It had an old crappy homemade sheath. I don't know the steel type but can tell you it will sharpen easily. There a few rust spots and some tarnesh but it has to be stainless. I'm stumped as well. ...

A new pickup. Gave $40, probably got set on fire, but it won't be the first or last time. I figure that much metal is worth $40. Any thoughts guys?

Re: German Eye resto
We actually did some modification of an old spring from a sabre stockman, and it works great. We had to do quite a bitof cutting and grinding.

This knife had a broken backspring, a new spring was made, and it polished out nicely. Thanks for looking.

Another Resto mod (3207)
This was a Case xx 3207 with a broken blade. Me and Kelvin disassembled the knife removed the broken blade, put vine filework on the backspring, and sanded and polished it up after reassembly. This knife restoration is becoming addictive.
Thanks for looking, advice gladly accepted.

Case XX 3254 Resto Mod
This was a two bladed trapper made in the 90's. We disassembled it, removed a blade, and put a rope style filework on the backspring. It polished up pretty well. We are just getting into customizing and restoring old junky knives, and really enjoy it.
