Hi I am Dutch and not far from my place there is a WW2 cemetary.Here rest a bit over 8000 American soldiers,all of these graves are adopted by locals.They visit the graves,bring flowers and sometimes even started corresponding with relatives in the US.We havent forgotten their sacrifice.

Scott,great how you take the boys outdoors ....but as I can see in the last pic that is a very unsafe situation,boy should hold the stick to the side away from his legs and belly where the big veins are.Gus.

Dave,the Malinois breed has a different conformation as to the German shepherd.Like comparing a Dobermann to a Rottweiler.People who train police dogs prefer Malinois over German shepherd cause they are more agile and have better hips.

There are two Hartkopf compagnies Hartkopf&Co and Friedrich Hartkopf.The latter is still in production.The second knife is a Hartkopf&Co,the tangstamp with the two faces(Teufelskerle).Keith could you post a pic of the first knife,tangstamp.Gus.

The second knife is a hunting folder.The weird looking blade is for fielddressing deer,the tip is blunt to prevent damaging the guts while making the first cut.Suppose they call it eine Aufbrechklinge.
