Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............

Now, I don't want any of you thinking I've turned into an old softie, but helping Jerry over a rough patch did more good for my heart than the doc's and all their pills have done in the last 6 months ::tu::

Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............

My GEC #97 Ram Foot came today but it never made it into the house. In the hour and a half between the time it was delivered at 12:59 PM and 2:30 (or so) when I went out to check the mail, it was stolen off the front porch. ::facepalm:: This day SUCKS. For all the good it will do, I did file a poli...

FAKE 2OT???

This knife is currently for sale on the bay..sure looks like a fake to me. The bolster appears to be re-stamped...I've never seen one with that deep of a stamp on the corners, the nail mark is too long, the swedge starts in the wrong place, the angle of the clip is wrong, and it looks like the blade...

Re: SCHRADE BONES AND A WHITTLER

jxr1197..I believe you are a lot closer to the facts than I was. There have been a lot of knives that have shown up that came out of the sample room and that knife could well be one of them as it had no tang stamp. When I was visiting Herman this spring he straightened me out on the term "Lunch...

I have no idea ...thats how she was listed in the E supplement and why it was called a 294 instead of a 293 doesn't make a lot of sense.

Re: what do ya'll look like?

I'm feeling pretty good...I was mis-diagnosed with COPD about 5 years ago...turns out that I have asthma...one of the most severe cases the doc's have ever seen. The asthma has done so much damage to the arteries in my lungs that they in turn have caused severe damage to my heart. The left side is b...

Here's the first 5-1/4" clasp knife (275) to be added to my Schrade collection. Centre-piece knife for the "Thirteen Colonies" Bicentennial set. 3000 total sets made for Parker in 1976. Nice popcorn-y burnt stag. Now I guess I "need" the other 6 expensive variants. Mixed bl...
