One other thing, I have never entered any of the giveaways. I am not exclusively a user although everything I've bought was intended to be - I guess I have quite a collection for not being a collector.

I have the 2nd edition of Levine's Guide and find it useful. As has been stated, prices change and any edition is quickly outdated in that respect. It has been useful in identifying marks of older knives and some very good history. The history of cutlery and cutlery makers is of interest to me and I...
