Re: Buck 110

I bought my first 110, BUCK back in the 70s. I didn't start collecting knives till the 2000s. A person who I thought was a friend, stole all of my Buck Knives and collectible knives, while I was in the Hospital, from 2006 - 2010.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum. I was just trying to bring some levity to the situation. Sometimes my horse sense is actually cow sense. ::dang::

Re: Let's keep it clean

Let's turn this around: Do You Clean or not Clean Your Vintage Knife Finds? I love finding vintage knives on ebay or yard sales, but they are usually gungky, and the blades have carbon spots. Do you leave yours alone, or clean them? I can't stand the carbon spots! I'm afraid to try and clean mine, f...

Why I Carry A 1960s Cub Scout Kife

I've had this knife for 50 years. My Dad, who has now passed, bought it for me in 1967. It was a Cub Scout Knife. It started my knife obsession! My brother gave me his Boy Scout Knife. I still have it 48 years later.

I love:

Boy Scout
Cub Scout
Barlow
Stockmans
Congress

Thanks for welcoming me.

Hey all!

I'm Mike. I've collected , and or have, pocket knives since I was a Cub Scout in 1967. My Dad bought the knife for me and taught me how to care for and sharpen it. I still have the knife. I collect knives by style. Manufacturer is secondary. I'm in love with, Barlows, Stockmens, Congress, Marlin Spi...
