I picked up several old pairs of scissors at a recent estate sale.
This one has "National Cy. Co." on it, and I my research came up blank.
They are app. 6.5" in length.
Is anyone familiar with it, and care to estimate the age of the scissors?

COVID took my big brother from me, so YES I took the shot. I’ve been called a sheep for it. Don’t care. Don’t care about politics. Don’t care about opinions. Y’all do what you like and I’ll damn well do what I like. My life will never be the same because of this damn bug. That’s all. Cut and dried....

Re: camillus #72
Pulled this worn and abused 72 from a junk pile of knives. The well was nasty and blades were lazy. I soaked in wd40 for a bit, wiped it down and oiled the blades, and now it works like it should and holds an edge. I find it in my pocket about as much as any knife I have. I don't worry about using i...

Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............
Received two earlier this week- a Camillus 67 and a Remington R1823 I think. Both have nice, snappy blades with very little wear, but I hadn't noticed until I took these pics that the Remington has some filler for missing bone. I've got to learn to examine more carefully before purchasing! ::...

Nice find LanG.
A pair of oldies, appears to be unused and I like the plain bolsters without the annoying "R" logo.

Re: Rough Riders!
I found a couple for a good price at a flea market Saturday. I like the patterns, and that the bolsters are plain.
They're both nice and sharp, and the blades are tight, but could use a touch of oil.
The scales on the sowbelly have an interesting pattern. Feels good in hand...

Beautiful Boker Classic with amazing scales!
I'm carrying one of my favorites today, Western USA 658. The size is just about right for totin', the blades have a pleasing snap, and it's plain enough that I don't worry about losing or abusing it

I was browsing ebay for a barlow user, but chose the black Coal Miner instead. With so many positive posts from respected users, my expectations are high for the little money spent. If USPS continues it's current pace, I should have it by spring!
