I know it as a Prest-O-lite key. Used for opening early gas valves.

Holler is a great name! We had a Basset Hound named George living across the alley from us. He spent a large part of his day lying in the middle of the laneway. Cars could drive around him but the garbagemen had to stop and lift him to the side. He would sit up and harmonize with police or ambulance...

It’s a knife that feels good in your hand. I forgot to mention that it has brass liners and half stops.
Closed = 3 & 11/16” Open = 6 & 1/4”
It is remarkably similar to the Henry Sears knife on the right in the photo from Levine’s 4th Ed page 287.

The great resource that is AAPK has added to what I know about this little knife. It is from 1922-1939 based on the wording of the tang stamp. It may be a model 32140, but shows no sign of a model # stamp.
It sharpened up beautifully and fits in my pocket nicely.

The animal is a reindeer and the handle, if bone, is likely reindeer too. It is so small one wonders about its intended use. I like it very much, but can offer little towards its origins.

The lower word may be Rovaniemi. A city in Lapland, Finland where J. Marttiini knives are made. Other manufacturers may be located there as well. The sheath shape and moose engraving can be found on Marttiini knives as well, but may also be typically Finnish. Cool little moose knife.

I picked up an Ulster over USA Scout/Camp knife a a local thrift shop yesterday. Its shield (on the right) is not the usual eagle emblem.... ::hmm:: ::shrug:: Construction wise it is identical to the Ulster Scout on the left with the exception of the shield and darker Delrin.
