Some of the research I found said that they had contracts with Schrade, Frost cutlery and Bear and Sons. I couldn't find any info on timeframe of those contracts.

Nice looking set. ::tu:: No idea who made it. Value is about the same as any Keen Kutter Limited Edition knives, which you can find by doing an advanced search of eBay sold listings. JMO https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=Keen+Kutter+limited+edition+knife&_in_kw=1&_ex_kw=&_sacat=0&...

Is this considered a factory defect?

I picked up this Trapper yesterday. It has Dots but I cant see them. It's like the Knife wasn't finished properly and the bolster covers the tang stamp in all angels. If you look closely you can see one dot peeking out. 20190709_234452.jpg 20190710_082713.jpg 20190710_082846.jpg 20190709_234330.jpg

I also need a Box for the hobo. If anyone has a extra box that would be correct for this knife, I could purchase that to complete everything.

Yes, and Yes. I forged welded the shanks together. I forged the Rowels, heated and shaped the bands from a rasp and ground away everything that didn't look like a spur. :D
