Saw this on the mail route today. It was trying to follow momma, but could not get up the steep bank and decided to just be still. I still enjoy seeing the little ones in June every year. (as long as I don't hit one)

Tonight it was French onion soup (not a tradition but sure was good) and New Years Day will be the tradition--pork loin and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes. I personally put the combination of loin and sauerkraut over the mashed potatoes.

Thanks. My wife made the centerpiece (we pick on her and call it the Christmas slug). The nativity set was made by my sister for my parents probably 40 years ago and we enjoy it very much. Where it is located is a little tight but also offers a little more protection.
