Re: Does anyone know where I can find the serial numbers for Rough Rider Knives?

I've got most of that information, but don't have the serial number. Thank you for the information.
I wasn't sure if they were synthetic handles, but had listed them as synthetic.

Does anyone know where I can find the serial numbers for Rough Rider Knives?

I have two knives with brown pearl handles, and have several boxes, but can't find the numbers for these two knives. There are no numbers on the knife.

Accepted offer, but full price shows up on customers end

I accepted two offers from one customer. The first worked, but the second one still showed full price on his end. I cancelled it and he made the offer again with the same problem. I finally changed the price to his offer price so he could purchase it today. Has anyone else had a problem with the off...

Shipping first class with paypal when paid by credit card

We had a hard time trying to ship items that were paid with credit card, without having to take them to the post office to ship them.
I found a link you can ship anything even if not paid through Paypal on paypal. Go to paypal.com/shiplabel/create.

Re: George wostenholm & son knife

Thanks for the information! The tortoise shell is warped a little so it doesn't come to the bolster on one side. It also has some rust, but doesn't look used.

Does anybody know what kind of tools these are?

I have this old salesman sample, advertising knife, but I'm not sure what the tools are for. The one has a can opener, screwdriver, and a square hole that I'm not sure what it is for. The other is about a 1/4" square and is 1 5/8" long, it tapers a little on the tip.
Thanks!

How do you find the date made on F.A. Bower knives?

I have 2 barlow #65, and 2 Daddy Barlow #71. all say F.A. Bower Dist. Co Solingen. Then one knife that says F.A. Bower Imp. Co. Solingen. I've see the dates 1950-1980, and 1950-1985 on others listed. Would like to know the year and what they are worth? The Barlow's were bought new the same year, cou...

Re: Does anyone know the brand of this Sheffield England knife

If you look at the link from Rusty1 it shows the tang icons. I found an article that Edwin Blyde sold to Walter Trickett in 1912. They both had the same near the same spur on the tang. I couldn't find anything on the knife itself, and don't know if it was made in their lifetime or later. It states t...
