These are some of my favorite Gerber folders. The one in the middle is a mint condition ultra hard to find Ebony Handle Gerber. Is there any way for you to post a picture of the knife, it would help to identify it.

Not that I am aware of. It will probably have to be fabricated out of a screw that already has the correct threads.

I think it will have to be "D" shaped with a shoulder on one end and threaded on the other for the nut. It needs to stay indexed so the blade can be removed.

Can you post a pic of the other side of the knife, where the nut and washer go.

Looks to be a "Giant Excalibur". According to Phil's book it's a 1941 production only.
It looks like one of the oldest ones they made, think they started production in 1941. Phil has a set in his book that was the first set produced in 1940.

What is stamped on the side of the handle, should be the name of the knife, and can you post a pic of the price list

Redstorm, It is an 06 tanto, although gerber may not warranty it if you are not Military, LEO or First Responder. Your best bet is to find a dealer that can send it in for you.
