That's what I did. Thanks for the advice.Modern Slip Joints wrote:One and two blade Case Tiny Trappers are frequently auctioned on eBay. Based on my experience buying there $80 was a very generous offer. I suggest you jump on it.

I wanted to get a couple of thoughts about this 2006 Case XX tiny trapper oak #98302. Someone offered me $80 for it and I was not sure if that was a fair price, or if it is too low.

Re: Buck Knives Bill Lowen Bass Trapper
Likely a contract made Buck knife ordered and sold only by Smokey Mountain Knife Works via special promotion. I believe there were three or four different versions. I have only one featuring the Crappie. Its been a spell but I believe if you after ordering from SMKWs you opened up your box and the ...

Thanks! That is what I have seen as well. I just wasn't sure if the value increased since it is discontinued and cannot be easily found.rangerbluedog wrote:The blades are 5160 steel, powder coated, and micarta handles. Re: Unknown Knife
The colorful chunks of red and green plywood, the unfinished and unpolished brass guard and butt cap and the unpolished handle material and the gaps between the layers in the handle seems to be the calling card of inexpensive Pakistani knives. I have seen knives from Pakistan that look better than ...

Re: Browning Model 295
The Browning collectors want the ones made in USA, Germany And Japan, in that order. The made in China knives so far do not have much of a collector following. But it only takes 1 person for the knife to get sold. You could ebay it with a reasonable B.I.N. price and someone might just really want i...

Re: Browning Model 295
It is a made in China knife. Nothing wrong with this. Many Chinese knives are of excellent quality and have very sharp edges. They are very inexpensive new. I have a really good Rough Rider fixed blade i bought new for about $20, shipped. So far knives from China have no collector value, no matter ...

Re: Cutco/Alcas
After looking through all the forums, I was not able to find anything about this model. What info would you like to know? It is a Cutco and they make a ton of knives, looks like laminated wood and some type of basic stainless steel. Value would probably not be high, $25 -$75 at best? Correct me if ...

Re: Buck 081 Fixed Hunter
That looks like the style of serial number used on the Copper & Clad SFO Bucks. C&C numbers the first 100, then no serial number after that. Buck Knives doesn't serial number standard issue knives, and it's spotty on Custom Shop knives. Pretty sure none of my SK Blades SFO Bucks have serial...
