Cutlery Hall of Fame
Does anyone know how I can nominate George Schrade to the Hall of Fame? I believe it's long overdue. I sent an email to Blade Magazine but no response.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Just published 2022 Vintage Switchblade Calendar
Just got mine today. I've printed calendars for my business and received many calendars in return but I've never seen such quality in a calendar before. It's more like a book. Excellent pictures. Kudos Alex but I can't imagine how you can top it in 2023.

Re: Is this real? R193

The New Presto Flying Jack
This is a project I've been working on for the past three years. I have a prototype knife my great grandfather, George Schrade, received a patent on in 1937 but never went into production for reasons I can only speculate. He died three years later. My friend Bill DeShivs disassembled the knife and I...

Re: wirejacks
Hi guys, FYI those copper blades were made of Beryllium Copper. It was also used to make the springs in automatic knives. Beryllium dust is a known carcinogen and causes damage to lungs, liver and kidneys. It's safe in solid state. Blades of Beryllium Copper and Brass were used in the blasting field...

Re: Crown Stag Fans?
My first Bowie. Crown stag from a deer my father shot 75 years ago. 15" O/A. That tine on back of handle is in the perfect spot to make it stand up like that and is comfortably behind the pinky in a grip. I call it Big Daddy.
