Re: Any Help with Cobrateck Hidden Openers?
Mine was stiff as well. I flushed it with oil and just kept exercising it about 100 time and has smoothed up. I would even open it and just move the bolster slide repeatedly to keep from firing it every time. Good luck.

Re: Anyone collect Watches?
Great Sea Master! I admire them but don’t collect them. My buddy daily’s a Luminox, and has an awesome Accutron Space Veiw, and is a sucker for diver watches of all types. I have had my eyes on Ball wrist watches, a nice used can be had for $650 or so but out of my budget for now. I wear the lowly C...

I vote for you C-WADE7. Those are exceptional. I tell ya, we have a hot City Council race going in our small town and I can’t imagine what a pain it would be. I have attend many meetings and dealt with them personally and all the folks complaining and posting online have no clue what they have done...

Balistreri Saddlehorn I'm confused, Joe, is it a Rosecraft or a Rough Ryder? Whichever it's gorgeous. More pics with the blade extended, please! 8) I believe it’s a bit more pricy than that, if it’s this maker anyways. He makes beautiful knives. https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/knives-by-maker/b...

I have a friend who gave me a book I was looking for so i made him a little thank you. He owns the local newspaper and is a professor of journalism, so he is into to political memorabilia. These are made from a 2x2 pine board ripped down the center on the table saw. Remember it’s more than a right i...

Re: GREAT EASTERN PRIVATE LABEL, CLUB KNIVES & SFO's
I don’t know where to find information on AAPK club knives or what the 2024 knife pattern is or how to even order one. I’m sure I’m overlooking something, could someone help this dummy? ::pray:: You have to be a supporting member to receive the email about them. Any that are left after members buy ...

Nice little bird! I don’t wear a glove or thumb guard, and usually end up with a bunch of micro cuts in my thumb pad from using it as a stop. Hope you get it healed up good.

I don’t remember the name of the medicine, but one of the first advertised restless leg drugs had people compulsively gambling, people who never had a gambling problem at all. It was found to have all sorts of weird side effects in behavioral change. Glad you are doing better.

Re: Wood carving projects
I gave my buddy the caricature and he loved it. He has a business card holder at my wife’s restaurant, and a lot of my carvings are up there too. We decided I would make a base to put his cards in so we can have it displayed for all to see.

I glad you like it, it was a fun little project and one I’m going to need to do a few more of for boys in my Troop. It was about a 4 day turn around working in the evenings after work. I just finished up another little project I will post in the woodcarving thread.

The two I have are perfect for and finish, but I bought them at Blade Show Texas direct from them and they were Qc’d by them at the register when I bought them. I know the member Corn Creek Cutlery on here is a distributor and I’m sure he would check them for you before shipping. He has a AAPK store...

Really nice example Skip! The full spear with swaging and the full still intact sheepfoot are great. I like a cattleman knife and this is a fine example. I did find 1925 was the deadliest year reported in coal mining which makes you think 1926 would be the first and your knife 1927 the second year f...

Are you the one who gave the interview on the Catchbit pod cast? I enjoyed that episode and browsed your store several times since. Lot of nice knives rarely seen here.Knives-of-france wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2024 1:51 pm I’m definitely affiliated with the webstore
