to be honest in the urban environment I live in, an SAK is more than enough. If ever I do venture out camping or hiking I will take a folder with me, but for day to day stuff a sak is fine

I'm not a fan of S&W knives. I bought my sideburn as a beater knife and didn't have great expectations. However it came razor sharp out of the box, the action was great, blade was centered, fit and finish was good. I was very impressed.
