Blocking buyers?
Is there any way of blocking specific buyers from making offers/ purchases from your store? I have someone who continues to make ridiculously low offers that both irritates me and wastes my time in responding. You would think he would get it by now?

I think I remember Bryan saying a year or so ago that you could
not block anyone,,not an option as a store owner...
sometimes turning your back and not responding at all gets
your point across to em....I would 1st tell him if its a really big
to do you are having with him you would not sell to him if he
paid full price, refund his money, maybe that would grab his attention

We've had a lot of requests for this. I will try to work in a solution next time I'm knee deep in the software.
Do you think a minimum offer amount may be the way to go... ie. if someone offers an amount lower than your choosing, it will be automatically rejected..?

Re: Blocking buyers?
I would be careful that any auto-responder code you add for this does not inadvertently create a way for a buyer to find the sellers minimum price. I suspect you would not want someone to inch up from a low price until they finally get a "real" response.

I think that sounds fine. Ebay has a feature like that to automatically reject an offer below XX dollars , and to accept any offer above XX dollars. I think it would work fine
