Two sales not showing up on sales history

My first two sales do not show up on my sales history

I owe the commission on those sales… can the admin fix?

Did you receive sale notification email(s) so you had necessary information to ship the items?

I accepted offers via the system and was paid and then shipped

Maybe the buyer didn’t process the payments through the system?…. Don’t know But I got paid via PayPal and then shipped

Here’s some screen shots (it’s the two in March that aren’t showing as sales)

This shows the items were marked as sold by the system
