I think I discovered a glitch in the tracking number software.
I sold two knives from the same listing, (they had the same item number).
Two different people purchased them. When I entered the tracking number for the person in Texas it entered the same tracking number, automatically, for the fellow in Ohio who ordered the same item. Fortunately I caught it when to enter the tracking number for the knife going to Ohio and was able to correct it.
It appears that if you sell two of the same items the system thinks they both have the same tracking number, even though they were purchased by different people in different states.
I think that’s what’s going on the… I’m sure it’s an easy fix… For you.
Thank goodness I don’t have to figure out!
Oh, one other thing I noticed: I have not been receiving any notifications for topics to which I am subscribed.
This just started today. Is this intentional?
