No customer emails on inquires about store items.

I have had 3 inquiries in the last week or so about items in my store. When I try to reply to the email, it goes back to AAPK. ::shrug::
I have no way to contact the customer. Any suggestions?

Hi Dale,

Does anything show in the "To" email address field if you hit reply to the email?

The emails are coming from AAPK, but the reply should go to the email address provided by the person who contacted you. The form forces them to input a valid email & prompts them to confirm that it's correct before message can be sent.

Could you forward one of them to bryan@allaboutpocketknives.com ? (you can remove content of message, I just want to see the header stuff)

Also, any chance the messages are from the same person?

No, the messages are from separate people.
When I hit reply they go back to AAPK.

Hi Dale,

I haven't seen forwarded emails come through as of 6-21-20. Don't know if our email accounts are not playing nice together or maybe I just missed them.

A few days ago, I made it so that any message sent from the contact forms on the AAPK stores will have the senders email address included in the body of the email.

You should at least now always have a way to contact sender if "reply to" is trying to send back to AAPK. ::tu::

If you get a chance, I would be grateful if you could please try to forward the emails again as I would still like to investigate why the "reply to" isn't working as expected & to see if I can find the email address of senders for ya.... bryan@allaboutpocketknives.com
