Nice 'Little Bandit' Liner Lock P-F by Schrade, Open Range-19.
I forgot I had these two; but, now that you've shown yours I'm going to have to MSMD (Monkey See, Monkey Do) and show mine.
My red bone is a two-blade trapper called "Mink" and my green bone "Little Bandit" has a single-blade and a liner lock.

Thanks, liked the liner locks but lost a few over the years in the woods and mountains. Too big a hurry with dark comin on and snow flying.
Nice ones, QTCut5.

K7K, as always...you have a dazzling assortment of knives. Why is the blade on the 16 wheeler made that way and what is the second blade, on the back of the swing guard knife?knife7knut wrote:Found a few more in my accumulation:

Thanks for the kind words. I have theorized that the hook on the blade was to dislodge stones that might get caught in the tire tread of a truck but cannot be sure.Doc B wrote:K7K, as always...you have a dazzling assortment of knives. As for the other knife;the,"blade" you are referring to is actually a guard for when the blade is closed. It is the same as the old Marble's Safety Knife.

Ahh...if I'd looked close enough...I would've seen the blade was longer than the "traditional looking" part of the handle. Very coolknife7knut wrote:Thanks for the kind words. This knife was made in Japan and not Chattanooga, TN, right?
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Lets see those Parker's
I've owned many Parkers, a few Parker-Edwards and a couple of Parker-Frost (by Schrade), but this is my first Parker IMAI.
Say what you will about Jim Parker, he had a flair for creating some unusual and distinctive knives.
Like this muskrat. I can't say as I have ever seen this pattern with a serrated clip blade before.
Quite unique, I think.

I Know this is an old post..but I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this tiny lockback..I know I bought it in the 80's and was told it was one..damascus...and two , Ivory...i suspect both of those claims are incorrect , i think the damascus pattern is etched on..and the ivory is probably bone..but it is made very well with killer snap.no wobble and nice nickel silver bolsters..marked PARKER U.S.A. ?

Re: Lets see those Parker's
I only have a couple. The Small Trapper is a Parker-Edwards, and the Tobacco Store Indian Figurine knife is a Parker Cut Co. The figurine is polished brass, but for some reason my cheap camera won't show the color correctly.

Re: Lets see those Parker's
This is my first Parker knife. I usually collect only Schrade knives to keep my collection focused. I grabbed this one for the Bill Feeney scrimshaw artwork.
Knife is a 2-3/16" closed "American Blade Scrimshaw Series" AB-11. Here's the display case these knives used to live in: https://collectors-of-schrades-r.us/Par ... 20Case.htm
Knife is tight. Handles are well-matched. I gave it a gentle Flitz polish and took these pics.

I don't always respond to great posts but I always appreciate seeing them. Thanks for posting!

Does anyone have info or a pic of "The Sheik" or "Jack the Ripper",

Case made one about the same but don,t think it was as big. This one is 4 1/2 inches closed.
