I Know this is an old post..but I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this tiny lockback..I know I bought it in the 80's and was told it was one..damascus...and two , Ivory...i suspect both of those claims are incorrect , i think the damascus pattern is etched on..and the ivory is probably bone..but it is made very well with killer snap.no wobble and nice nickel silver bolsters..marked PARKER U.S.A. ?

I only have a couple. The Small Trapper is a Parker-Edwards, and the Tobacco Store Indian Figurine knife is a Parker Cut Co. The figurine is polished brass, but for some reason my cheap camera won't show the color correctly.

This is my first Parker knife. I usually collect only Schrade knives to keep my collection focused. I grabbed this one for the Bill Feeney scrimshaw artwork.

Knife is a 2-3/16" closed "American Blade Scrimshaw Series" AB-11. Here's the display case these knives used to live in: https://collectors-of-schrades-r.us/Par ... 20Case.htm

Knife is tight. Handles are well-matched. I gave it a gentle Flitz polish and took these pics.

I was bouncing around the forums and came across this one, so I thought I'd post a couple of Parker's that I recently received from Matt at Sandersknives. I think I have others in my collection, but off the top of my head I'm unsure which ones they are, but when I figure it out I'll post those as well. Sorry my pics aren't up to par, but the only camera I have is the one built into my laptop, I don't have a mobile, and don't want one. The 1st. is an 8 7/8" oal lockback tanto/SS tanto blade with long-pull n/n, N/S bolsters, brass liners and pins, and genuine blue/brown stag bone scales. Has the bird with banner in beak and "Eagle Brand Cutlery" etch, and, the same bird with "PARKER CUT. CO." stamped on the front tang, as well as, "SURGICAL STEEL/MADE IN JAPAN" stamped on the back tang. I would guesstimate the weight at about 8 oz.'s, and I've cut myself twice already on the shaving-sharp blade. When I saw this knife in Matt's store I liked it immediately, but once I had it in-hand, WOW, what a nice knife, so much so that I've barely put it down since I got it! The 2nd. is a 6 7/8" Little Pillbuster slip-joint Dr.'s knife/SS drop-point blade with n/n, N/S bolsters, brass liners and pommel, and genuine MOP scales that show rainbow colors when in the light. Has the banner with "LITTLE PILLBUSTER" etch, and, the bird in flight and "PARKER CUT.CO." stamp on the front tang, and, "SURGICAL STEEL/JAPAN" stamp on the rear tang. This one weighs a couple of grams shy of 2 oz.'s, and arrived razor-sharp. There is a tiny "ding" in the MOP on the backside, although, when I run my finger over it I don't feel anything, but it is slightly visible. Small defects such as this don't bother me, in fact, I look at it as making the piece unique. Something about these Dr.'s knives I find very appealing, and although this is only my 2nd. one, I'm sure I'll be adding to that number. Hope ya like em' guys! 8)

Here is another Bill Feeney scrimshaw done on a Parker knife. This one has a 25,000 year old mammoth ivory slab on the front and white bone on the back. Foam in the display is disintegrating. I need to rebuild it.

Knife has mirror-polished blades and half-stops.

Parker Cut. Co. I kept out of a collection of customs purchased a few years back. Just thought it was a nice little knife and it does feel good in the hand.

My first Parker knife. American Blade brand from 1983. It has a few problems but overall I like it. 3.5" closed with a locking main clip plus a smaller clip and coping blade on the other end. Kind of a different locking mechanism that hangs every now and then when you try to close the blade. Hopefully will improve with use.

Nick ,like that pattern ::tu::
Was doing some Research and found out Parker made Some knives for Sears / Craftsman. There’s a 1988/ 89 Trapper that might have to check out for my Craftsman Corner .
Let me know what you think of yours after toting it around for a bit .
Take care down there.

I noticed some trappers on Ebay that were Parker-Edwards made in Alabama. I read that the factory became Bear Mfg later. Haven't seen anything about Craftsman though.
