One more for now.At one time Maher & Grosh had at least a few salesman. The G F Woodruff may have been a traveling drummer for Maher & Grosh. I've seen his stamp on a few cards. This one has prices written on it.I believe these agents were in the earlier era of the company.

Keith, the Hundred years Hence cards date pre 1900,and I believe they probably all date before WWI.

Here are a couple pieces I got many years ago. There is no date on the catalog but it is number 21.The envelope and the razor booklet were in an old gasket envelope.

Thanks Roger, wonderful to see. Different values in the target audience back then. Very refreshing.

Re: Ephemera
Joe your catalog is from early 1900's likely 03-06 area. They stared in 1877,but didn't have a catalog every year. Some catalogs will be dated, and some will have a rubber stamp date in them.I have 1 of the little shaving booklets too.Nice group!knife7knut wrote:Here are a couple pieces I got many years ago. There is no date on the catalog but it is number 21.The envelope and the razor booklet were in an old gasket envelope.
