The next 2 are lockback hunters. They are both 5 1/2" long. They have different blade releases both the frames and pin placement are the same. The tang stamps are different also and the cocobolo is older. The bone has a light etch "Razor $3 Steel".

Beautiful knives everyone.
Roger, your knives are really special. They are a pleasure to look at.
Here's three that I know I have.

I sure like everyone's knives. I didn't realize how visually appealing these knives were. This new forum you guys wanted might raise the price on your knives.

Thank you, Roger.
I may have asked you this before. Do you have any idea who made that whittler? Thanks.

Joe,I don`t know. That pattern was in their catalog for yaers. They Had a 34 and 35 pattern which was the same size. The 35 had double pulls and a crest shield and the 34 had single nail nick and no shield.I`m sure yours is one or the other. You see changes to the knives along the years and they didn`t seem to change the cuts in the catalogs.

Re: Show off your Maher and Grosh knives
The GEC website under "Production Schedule" shows a #78 Maher & Grosh Yankee Whittler as next in line but no drawings are shown.
Is this the correct thread to ask about the new M&G knives. So far all knives posted are vintage.

Ebony Cotton sampler.Maher & Grosh advertised it in their catalogs has a skinning knife.

Re: Show off your Maher and Grosh knives
Nice one, Roger.
I always liked the uniqueness of that blade pattern. I know nothing about skinning but it looks like it could do the job.

I'm not sure how I commented on your cotton sampler in a thread that didn't even have it pictured. But, I like it.
