Smith's MAB 8 Oil stone

Can any one tell me if this is a hard, medium or soft stone? I think it is a hard stone but am not sure.

Received a very nice reply from Smith's. M-is for Medium, A- is for Arkansas, B-is for Bench Stone and 8 is for eight inches long. The reply was from a very nice lady who said thats how they named their products in the past. Her name was Johnette Hardin. This will make me buy Smith's products when I need something for sharping.
