Help identifying this Winchester knife??

I acquired this through a flea.market, and I haven't been able to find anything on it. I'm coming up completely blank. Can anyone tell.me when this was made? Is it custom made? Is it actually worth something??

If you put Winchester knife and the number on the back of the blade into any search engine, you will find them for sale on Ebay for about $11 or less. Not old, not rare, not custom, not even Winchester.
