Here’s a few from the past.
By no means an old pro, but I do enjoy the process.

Thanks fellas.
The sheath, third from top, is a regular leather sheath wrapped in brain tanned deer hide.

Tony your leather rivals your knives, or should I say compliments.

It's ostrich leg leather ... very pleased with how it came up and I think it will be very tough wearing.youngrik29 wrote:Great work! Here's a sheath I made for a William Rod
gers - Sheffield 'I Cut My Way' knife that was given to me by a friend - 'no sheath included' - he figured I needed a knife that had 'my name' - stamped on it. -- I had made several sheaths for him previously. - This knife has a little brass work, that some what resembles a sub-hilt, but it is a cap lifter, bottle opener thing.Re: New leather sub forum needs a kick start
Just finished this one the other day - friend had a Buck knife that came with a woven, cloth type sheath, (maybe gortex - I don't know), anyways he hate those sheaths, wanted some decent leather for it. Here's what I came up with.
Re: New leather sub forum needs a kick start
Glad this thread was started. Some awesome work.
Re: New leather sub forum needs a kick start
Great work. I am like you, i do not like those gortex type sheaths. they just look cheap.
