Waylon Payne

Post by Ridgegrass »

Just discovered Waylon Payne, Don't know how I missed him. What a writer and singer. "All The Trouble" is a great one. LeeAnn Womack covered it too but his is raw and powerful. (And he plays a monster, vintage, J-200!) J.O'.

Wow, just watched a little autobiographical interview he did a couple of years ago, sure has been down rough road. It's great to see he's turned the corner, especially when he's got such an incredible amount of talent. Plays a mean piano too. Thanks for the heads up J.O., I hadn't heard of him either. ::tu::

Catch the YouTube acoustic videos of him doing "All The Trouble" and "Sins Of The Father". Absolutely killer stuff. ::tu:: J.O'.
