I think I own Keen Kutter barlows that were made by Walden, Winchester, Camillus, and Schrade. Here’s my favorite - stamped EC Simmons / St Louis.
Very nice looking knives Bilbo! ::tu:: :D

In looking thru my boxes today I found this nice Keen Kutter MOP pen. I dont think I have pictured it here before. It has the E. C. Simmons marking.

Picked up this stag 4 blade cattle knife over the weekend, don't have it in hand yet but I thought it was interesting and uncommon enough to post sellers pictures,
Looking in Sellens book it appears to be on page 220, listed as a K44833 and only listed as coming in genuine stag. Will post more pictures when it arrives.

Beautiful KKs, all👍..

Here's an E.C. Simmons ebony barehead jack.. I had a new main blade welded on just in front of the tang stamp. Good walk and talk, no side play. I love the scales on this one..

Lyle, I'm not sure of age, all blades tang stamped E.C. Simmons KeenKutter. I've found in general stag on early American made knives is hard to find, I do have this Walden made jack in stag.

All I can say for sure is that it's pre-1940.. I used to have a different tang stamp chart that differentiated E.C. Simons era tang stamps by the lettering and other subtle differencs including the wedge in the logo.. I can't find it right now..

Thanks for all the nice comments guys ::tu:: ::tu::

Showed up today and it is a very nice knife, pocket worn and well used but not abused, someone really loved this knife, still great snaps and pulls on all blades, has real beefy springs. All blades tang stamped but the main is mostly worn away, tang sits low in frame and would have rubbed. Pocket worn stag in good shape, surface crack on mark side that does not go all the way through.
