Who's into S & M?

Schatt & Morgan knives were first manufacturer back in 1890. The Queen Cutlery company made most of the more recent examples, but Schatt had its own plant in its earlier years that cranked out the oldies. There is no shortage of fantastic Schatt & Morgan knives in existance that have been made over the brand's long & storied history.

QT and Kennedy K, those S&Ms are outstanding. At their best, like these, S&M imho made the premier American traditional knives.

That's a beauty, Gary.
From your photos it looks to be right around 3.5" which is my preferred size.
Is that one going into your personal collection, or will it be showing up in your store sometime soon?

Great Knife. I have one and it's the only S&M I've kept after selling off my collection.
It's called the Keystone Jack and the handle material is called Mahogany Burnt Stag. 420 steel.

Just picked up this gunstock knife. Build quality is excellent. I now have five S&Ms and each one is superb. They are good bargains IMHO.

When I joined AAPK going on 11 years ago, I had zero S&M's. Now I have, well a lot more than zero. AAPK is a baaad influence.

Vit,
That is a mighty handsome knife!
Does the SK in the pattern number probably stand for Scout Knife?
Can you imagine a Boy Scout carrying that on a camping trip? Looks like a Scout knife but doesn't have a bail/shackle. ::hmm::

Well Chris, if that's a serious question (and I have my doubts), you just puncture the lid and rock the blade around the rim using that curved part in the back of the blade as a fulcrum. I tried this and the results were pretty ugly but it got the job done.

I prefer single blade knives and I love stag handles so when I found this S&M stag single blade trapper on eBay it was love at first sight.
