When did 'fat' stag first show up on vintage Case knives ? The few vintage Case knives with stag i have seen have slender handles. Recent Case knives tend to have fatter stag.

To me the frame looks like a 10 dot 1970 frame. Some of them had thick stag in my experience. The pin placement is another giveaway that it is not a true tested congress ::td:: ::td::

Come on Guys,
This is a museum quality masterpiece that would be the centerpiece of any collection. This dealer has seen many but none as good as this one. ::ds:: Just kidding.
