I may be wrong but I do not believe Camillus offered a American Wildlife Knife with a Boy Scout Tenderfoot Shield.
The shield looks like it is from the Camillus BSA Lockback #1371 and if you look closely at the top right hand side of the shield it looks like a glue droplet.

I agree with you. The top knife is a legitimate Camillus "American Wildlife" knife with a missing shield REPLACED with a legitimate Boy Scouts shield from the Camillus BSA #1371 knife. There is no "BSA American Wildlife" knife in the series. I checked the catalogs that I have, up to and including the 2006 catalog. I borrowed the first/top picture from a jerryd6818 posting. The second/bottom picture I found on-line.
