New to forum. New to old case knives

Post by CuttinStuff »

I was hoping a few of you experts could give me the confidence that these are real knifes. What are your thoughts on value and history?

Welcome to AAPK.

I don't know about the first one but the seller for the second one has a reputation of extraordinarily outrageous prices on his knives.

Welcome to AAPK. There’s nothing wrong with either knife. The asking price on the 6254 Trapper is probably 3X it’s value, best case. FWIW post-1960s Case knives are seldom counterfeited. It’s the older ones you gotta watch out for. ::nod::
