A couple in 1084 steel

Post by Jeffinn »

I finally finished a few that were on my bench.
This one is 1084 steel with ebony handles. The handles were sanded to 15000 grit, no finish was applied.

This one is in 1084 steel with double dyed, stabilized box elder.

Just gotta make some sheaths for them and they’ll be ready to go.
Thanks for looking!

Beautiful knives Jeff! I'm surprised there isn't any snow piled up on that deck yet. ::tu:: ::tu::

We’ve been luck so far, it’s been a really mild winter! And I’m certainly not complaining!

Lookin good Jeff!! A lot of people don’t realize how slick and shiny you can make carbon steel with some elbow grease. Looks like chrome it’s so shiny! Great job!!
