The knife work was good.
However I was far less impressed by the way he kept laying his knife ON THE DIRTY CONCRETE FLOOR!

Very impressive accurate work with homemade knives that I would assume he sharpens himself.
That sword had quite an edge on it. ::woot::

The entire fish is laying on the "dirty concrete floor" why would laying the knife on the floor matter??? ::shrug::

As much water that is flowing on that floor it's probably cleaner than any spot in my kitchen.

North Pacific Ocean bluefin being the most prized and expensive. Record price of 3.1 million for a single bluefin tuna.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
