Thanks, Cody! It was very tough deciding which of the two had better eye appeal.
It is an Emerson collaboration. It has an Emerson marking on it and a patent #. I tried to get a picture of that mark but it came out blurry. It whips open when I pull out of the pocket.

Though I miss my rigger's knife, I hope the fellow Sailor I gifted it to got some good use out of it, and continues to use and enjoy it.
